The hotel was a major letdown for us. The rooms reeked of smoke from the previous patrons, and despite complaining at the front desk, the carpets were not vacuumed. Housekeeping sprayed Lysol, which was a huge turn-off, ensuring we'll never return to this place. The cleanliness was a major issue, with a horrible smell, dust everywhere behind the TV, curtains, and window seal.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat for my family after a fun day at the beach. The service was extremely personable and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering delicious meals. However, some minor issues with service and facilities impacted the overall experience.
